THREE HOURS TO GO

Yesterday we drove from the middle of Missouri to northern Indiana. So far we have had stops in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, and now Indiana.   Last night we found a Passport America park in Remington, Indiana to spend the night in.  So today we have a relatively short three hour day.  After four days on the road we are both ready to stop for a while.  We have had good weather, relatively light traffic, and been blessed with safe travels.  There are some crazy drivers out there, and we sometimes feel it is a miracle when we arrive in one piece.  And maybe it is....

On the weight loss front.  Apparently I don't eat much when traveling.  This morning I was down 4.5 pounds.  That is a total of 7.5 since I started this last push.  That means I am half way to my goal of losing fifteen pounds by the year end.  This would bring me to a total of losing 50 pounds for the year.

Until later.

Congratulations on the weight loss. I certainly know it is a struggle. Since I've retired I've gone up and down like a yo-yo. I need to give it another push too.

That's what really makes this lifestyle so wonderful...we can all do it the way we like it.

We love traveling, the more the better. We are not happy when we have to settle in, even for a week. For us, there is just too much we want to see and so little time left in our lives. Even if we live to be a hundred, that still leaves less than 50 years to enjoy this lifestyle.

Keep up the great work on the weight loss.

The next time you roll through IN on I-65. Prophetstown State Park near West Lafayette is a great place with full hookups and private, landscaped sites. We stay there every year when visiting family. It is just off I-65.

Congratulations on the weight loss! You sure picked a difficult time of year for your last push-most people gain what you've lost :) Good for you!
Travel safely this last leg...then get some rest.

Good job on the weight loss! Isn't it funny how it doesn't always happen when we think it should. I'm glad to hear that you had a safe trip and good weather during your trip back to Michigan.

Congratulations, you are doing great with you weight loss program. Keep it up and you'll reach your goal before you know it.

Kevin and I don't like travelling that much each day either but sometimes you just have to do, what you have to do. Sorry the news you are going back to isn't good news.
